One of our favorite tag lines! It finds its origin in the Star Trek franchise where Star Fleet encounters the Borg race whose mission is to 'assimilate' civilizations into its 'collective.'
In this movie's finale, we find the android Data facing off with the Borg Queen who is attempting to foil mankind's race into space by destroying the first warp-speed space ship, leaving Earth vulnerable to Borg assimilation.
