Who Are We?

A band of novices on hair-raising coding adventures —
and dang proud of it.

The Minds and Methods Behind the Mayhem

Proud Novice Coding Detectives

We're a team of high-school students and their slightly-unhinged teacher who refuse to let "I don't know" be the end of the story.

We blow things up (code-wise), learn from the wreckage, and build something better. It's not perfect — and that's the whole point.

The Tech Tools Guru

Behind the curtain is a former rocket scientist (really!) who decided teaching CS was more fun than blowing things up. (Mostly.)

Known to students as “Computer Man,” he’s been at it 20+ years and still considers himself a novice. His students keep him humble.

How We Learn

We borrow ideas. We take apart existing designs like a mechanic with an engine, understand the parts, then build something new.

Reverse engineering + immersive coding = our secret sauce. Start with the end goal. Work backwards. Figure it out as you go.

These days we’ve added AI to the mix — but with a guardrail: our S.P.A.R.K. method. Five steps that keep the student — not the tool — in charge. Think, prompt, evaluate, revise, know. AI accelerates the work; S.P.A.R.K. keeps the learning honest.

Ever see Paycheck (2003) with Ben Affleck? Super-engineer Michael Jennings reverse-engineered his way out of a world-ending crisis using humble clues he’d secretly left himself. That’s us — minus the memory wipe and the conspiracy. Watch our Paycheck reverse-engineering clip.

At TNT, reverse engineering is not a side trick; it is central to how we learn, build, and solve problems.

Sink or swim — but we’ve learned to swim pretty well.
