Everybody's on the Phone
A four-stage responsive web design curriculum anchored in a Jimmy Buffett lyric that predicted smartphone culture — a year before the iPhone.
The same page, built four times. Each stage adds one layer: first pure HTML structure, then CSS aesthetics, then CSS media queries for responsiveness, then Bootstrap 5 to show what the framework automates. The HTML content (Jimmy Buffett’s lyrics) never changes — only the styling instructions to the browser do.
This curriculum is part of TNT’s Styl’n showcase — the section where CSS and styling tools get their own stage. Open any two versions side by side to see exactly what each layer adds.
